Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Flip Power Plus app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete forever.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address you registered with:

contact@theflippower.com

Use the subject Delete my account and include your full name and the email address or phone number on the account. We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your login, profile, phone number and address
  • Your complaints, service bookings, orders and their photos
  • Your support chat messages and notifications
  • For technicians: location data. Jobs that were not finished are returned to the job board.

Deleted data cannot be recovered. Encrypted backups may take up to 30 days to be fully cleared.
